On Constitution Day, Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest, thirty candidates from sixteen countries, in the presence of their friends and families, celebrated becoming U.S. citizens. This event was co-sponsored by the Blue Ridge Chapter, NSDAR, and the Corporation for Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest.
The April 13, 2020, and September 17, 2020, Naturalization Ceremonies at Poplar Forest were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
